Happy Earth Day 2024!

We’re proud to say we’re doing our part to put hemp fiber processing in the hands of developing nations, so we in the western world can see for ourselves how transformative industrial hemp can be to communities.

Consider this. In a drought prone climate, would it be better to grow drought resistant crops?

By helping to get a low cost piece of tech in the hands of a farmer with less than a hectare of land could, with our guidance grow a crop then harvest it into shocks to ret. The device would be setup in the middle of the field then the 120VAC (portable generator), or DC motor turned on (courtesy of solar). The shocks would be brought to it, then in pairs take the top off using an onboard saw (with guard), which would cut off the dried tops onto burlap & leave to the side of the device. After cutting, they are fed stem first, without the operator moving into the device where it chips the stalk out the bottom & spits out a pair of degummed ribbon out the back. Remember, in Africa hemp plants can grow to over 14 feet tall!

Our vision is to have exclusive access to the ribbon produced in exchange for a low cost to purchase. They keep the remainder of the plants chaff (livestock) seeds (nutrition) & hurd (energy, hemp blocks), plus earn an income from the degummed & retted fiber. A video of the process is in the works & will be made available once we get all our ducks (& legal team) setup.
